We’re Amanda and Jay.
JBrown Mechanical is the two of us, plus a belief that good service begins with listening and continues through the details of the work.

years of Jay’s experience in heating and cooling
Experience you can talk to.
Jay has spent more than three decades working on the systems that heat and cool homes. That experience covers everyday equipment like furnaces and air conditioners, and the less common systems (hot-water and steam heat, high-velocity air, mini-splits) that many homes in this part of Michigan rely on.
Amanda is the other half of the conversation. When you reach out, you are talking with the people responsible for the work, not a call centre. We would rather take the time to understand what is happening in your home than rush to a recommendation.
